This bow is based on the French early
medieval crossbow known as the Colletiere a Charavines
crossbow. It dates to 1046. We build these in two forms. Combat Archery for the SCA and target archery for medieval recreation below. We build to the limit of 600 in/lbs for the SCA. Trigger limit is about 100lbs for ease of shooting. Includes basic tiller, steel hand forged trigger, Alcheminc Steel Prod and Stirrup and a set of Tommy irons in place of traditional steel blocks and wedges. $350 +$15 shipping to the 48.
